Fulfillment & Cancellation Terms

Refund Policy

All event bookings are considered firm. We do not offer refunds for client-initiated cancellations or no-shows. In the unlikely event that Chamoocha is unable to fulfill a booking due to an internal emergency or equipment failure, a full refund of the booking fee will be issued.

Delivery & Logistics

To ensure a smooth start, our team arrives 60 to 90 minutes prior to your scheduled service time for installation. Our comprehensive service covers delivery, professional setup, active service hours, and post-event teardown. Please note that travel fees may apply based on the distance to your event venue.

Return Policy

As we provide a customized, labor-based service, returns are not applicable. Once the service has been rendered, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

To maintain our booking schedule, cancellations are not permitted once a date is reserved. All bookings are final.

Chamoocha takes pride in providing high-quality, professional equipment for your event. While our team is on-site to facilitate service, the client assumes responsibility for the conduct of their guests.

Chamoocha shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or service interruptions resulting from the mistreatment, tampering, or misuse of the boba cart or its tapping system by event guests. Furthermore, the client may be held responsible for any significant damage to the cart or equipment caused by guest negligence or unauthorized use. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and respectful environment for our staff and equipment.
