Our Collaboration Guidelines
To ensure every partnership is a success, we follow a few simple rules:

Lead Time: For custom branding or large events, we generally require at least 2–4 weeks' notice to secure supplies and staffing.

Brand Alignment: We prioritize partners who value quality, creativity, and a great customer experience.

Logistics: As a mobile unit, we require a flat surface for setup and access to a power source (unless otherwise arranged). We handle the tea; you provide the space!

Mutual Promotion: We love shouting out our partners! We ask that collaborations include a joint social media post or a tag to help both our audiences grow.
